Glittering Lights Las Vegas

Additional Information & Description

A 2.5-mile Christmas light display

Glittering Lights Las Vegas fills a 2.5-mile circuit at Las Vegas Motor Speedway with more than five million LED lights. Colorful Christmas installations line the route, making this annual festive event a large-scale display viewed from inside a vehicle rather than on a walk through decorated grounds.

The circuit gives the visit a clear structure: you follow a continuous route through the installations, with the Christmas displays spread along its length. The lights are the attraction here; the speedway serves as the setting for a seasonal drive-through visit.

Visiting by vehicle

This is a drive-through event, so plan for a visit spent inside a vehicle. You view the installations as you travel around the decorated circuit, rather than moving between them on foot. That format is worth keeping in mind when deciding how this Christmas outing fits into your Las Vegas plans.

The stated 2.5 miles describes the length of the display route, not the distance to the venue. It gives you a useful sense of the scale of the event without treating the number of lights as the only measure of what you will see.

Admission and digital tickets

Your ticket includes admission to Glittering Lights at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Instant ticket delivery and smartphone tickets are supported, allowing you to receive the ticket digitally and use it on your phone. Keep the ticket accessible on your device for admission rather than relying on a printed copy.

Arrival and accessibility

The listed starting-point address is SpeedVegas, 14200 S Las Vegas Blvd. Use that address when planning your journey to the event.

Glittering Lights lists wheelchair access. The drive-through format also keeps the light-viewing portion of the visit inside a vehicle, an important distinction from a Christmas attraction explored on foot.

A charitable contribution

A portion of each ticket sold goes to Speedway Children’s Charities. Buying admission therefore contributes to the charity as part of the event’s seasonal fundraising.
